4Dinnovation’s team identified market needs and growth potential for our lead products ATGRAFT and Personalized Cell Science in EMEA and specifically in the UK. A comprehensive competition analysis was performed and the barriers to market entry including regulatory requirements identified and the company was represented the regulatory body in the UK (MHRA)

During the project realisation and in close cooperation, the project team provided valuable input to define Value Proposition, Marketing Strategy, Product positioning and performed market analysis including competition analysis and identified organisational requirement, financial planning (2.5 million Euro) of the project and wrote the application for the EU funding scheme EIC Accelerator which resulted in the grant of EUR 1.84 million funding. During the funding period, the project team provided valuable consulting regarding all aspects of project implementation including risk management, communication with EU funding body, preparation of financial and technical reports, deliverables and amendments.

Strategic business development consultation was provided to Insilico medicine Inc. including market research, preparation of business plan and identification of potential investors and partners. During the project technology due diligence, freedom to operate analysis, market and competition analysis was very professionally and successfully performed.

4Dinnovation’s team supported market introduction of our lead product DERMADROP in the middle east region by providing strategic advisory and supporting the company formation in Dubai. In particular, I credit the subsequent commitment to our challenging regulatory projects in the area of the Medical Devices Act. A market authorisation strategy was developed for a multi-component system for wound healing. An EU grant (SME instrument) was acquired for the project.
